Due to rising costs, we will need to implement an increase to our consultation fees from 1st July 2024. This allows us to continue providing quality and comprehensive care across all elements of
our practice. Your rebate is fixed by the Federal Government and has not increased in relation to business costs. If the Government increased your rebate, your out-of-pocket fee would be lower.
From 1 July 2024 – Changes to Fees
With a current Medicare Card
We are introducing DNA fees (did not attend fee); if a patient has not cancelled an appointment 2 hours before the appointment time, the DNA fee will be $50.00.
Patients who have DNA fees from July 1, 2024, will no longer be able to book another appointment until the DNA fee is paid.

We welcome all new patients to our Family General Practice. At ANMG our aim is to see all who require Medical attention.
We recommend making an appointment when seeing one of our Doctors or Nurses at ANMG (PH: 03 9393 3900 or via our Online Booking portal). We also understand sometimes this is not possible. If you require more urgent medical attention, whatever the circumstance, we will aim to accommodate you with one of our Doctors as soon as we can.
We have many female GPs at ANMG. Have a look at the ‘Our Staff’ link for further information. Keeping in mind our capable male GPs can also handle any of your Women’s Health questions or concerns.
We always recommend you see a GP regarding your test results and Prescriptions. If you are unable to make an appointment, you can retrieve your results from our capable reception staff approximately 1 week after your test is performed (for most test results). You can also request a Prescription with our Reception staff as long as you allow approximately 1 weeks notice.
Melbourne Pathology, next to Circle Health Pharmacy, provide all our on-site Pathology services. Check out their Operation Hours under the Departments link.
At ANMG we specialise in Occupational Health including Work-related injuries, OH&S, immunisations, workplace assessments, and we provide comprehensive Pre-employment Medicals for local Industries, and Corporations. We provide on-site Drug-testing, Hearing testing, ECG Cardiac Assessments, Lung Function testing, and have a Multi-disciplinary team including on-site Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pharmacy. So, I changed over to this medical practice 2 years ago…. As a result, such a relief to have such amazing medical care in the inner west. Therefore, they are highly recommendable
First of all, Dr Morton is so kind and gentle with my little girl. So, she answers all my crazy mum questions and i always leave feeling content and confident with her diagnosis and advice. Therefore, I would recommend her to everyone and anyone (except she already gets booked out – so maybe not). So glad I found her!!
So, every doctor I’ve seen has been friendly, professional and compassionate, and I’ve ve had far more success with problems being resolved than other practices. Since, it can be difficult to get an appointment a few days in advance, if I call early enough in the morning I’ve rarely been turned away. Therefore, I will recommend them!
First of all, doctors are punctual, friendly and know what they’re doing. So, I am so glad we have them in the area for my family as they have helped immensely with my partner and daughter. Also, they really strive for success here and do their best to give you the best results for your health. So, the online booking and app availability is so helpful especially for busy parents. So, would definitely recommend Myles and Michael.
